  Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to the Stites Game Golf Group organizer, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to tee time scheduling, event notifications, and group golf communications.

Program Description

The Stites Game Golf Group uses SMS text messaging to:

Send tee time invitations and scheduling information
Request RSVP confirmations for upcoming rounds
Notify members of schedule changes or cancellations
Share golf event and tournament information

How to Opt In — SMS Consent

  SMS Consent is separate from group membership. Providing your phone number for SMS notifications is entirely optional and independent of your membership in the Stites Game Golf Group.

To opt in to receive SMS text messages from the Stites Game Golf Group:

Verbally provide your mobile phone number to the group organizer
The organizer adds your number to the scheduling app roster
You will receive a confirmation text message — this confirms your enrollment
By providing your number and not replying STOP to the confirmation, you consent to receive tee time scheduling texts from (833) 700-4430

SMS consent is not a condition of group membership or participation in golf events. Members who do not wish to receive SMS messages may participate without providing a phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on scheduled golf events, typically 1–4 messages per week during the golf season. Messages are only sent when tee times are being organized or when important schedule information needs to be communicated.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any text message you receive
Contacting the association organizer directly

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Stites Game Golf Group does not charge for SMS messages.
